STEP 1: Our first goal is to make you comfortable. The severity of your spinal misalignment signals the number of visits before you feel relief. This varies from person to person as it can take one adjustment, or multiple adjustments over the span of a few weeks.


STEP 2: Next Dr.Rymer constructs a long term plan of

adjustments and home exercises. Ultimately your body begins to keep itself aligned with less and less help from Dr.Rymer

STEP 3: Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. Come in for an adjustment every other month (or whenever Dr.Rymer suggests) to make sure your spine is properly aligned. Even if you feel great! Would you put oil in your car once and never change it again? Just like a car, your body needs to be maintained to keep running properly.
